Supporting Circularity

The Colorado Circular Communities (C3) program provides three tiers of funding based on the project’s budget, scope of work, and anticipated effect on building a circular economy in Colorado. Mini Grant awards are up to $50,000 for projects that can be completed quickly, such as the purchase of equipment.

Additional materials may be submitted, including but not limited to 

  • Letters of support on supporting company’s letterhead (If partners or government support are part of your project, it is highly recommended that a Letter of Support be submitted from each entity.) 

  • Annual reports

Application Process

Submit Your Application - Applications are always open. Submit your application online when you are ready to apply. Applicants are limited to one C3 grant award per calendar year.

Support for grant writing, compliance, completeness, etc. is not available.
