Approved as the Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) that will administer Colorado’s EPR law for packaging and paper products

Under Colorado’s EPR law, LPMA powered by Interchange 360 is operating an Independent Program Plan (IPP) on behalf of producers of petroleum and automotive products.

Obligated packaging producers must register with CAA as required under applicable law.
