Circular Economy Development Center
The Circular Economy Development Center (CEDC) was established by the Colorado state legislature by HB22-1159 to grow existing markets, create new markets, and provide necessary infrastructure, systems, logistics, and marketing to create a sustainable circular economy for recycled commodities in Colorado. The CEDC is funded by the C3 Enterprise. Learn more about the CEDC.
Learning Opportunity
The CEDC presented a webinar titled The Textile Conundrum - A Supply Chain View of Barriers & Opportunities in Colorado. Textile recycling is trending, and this webinar offered insights specific to Colorado. The CEDC mapped the circular textile value chain to show infrastructure, challenges, and opportunities that can enable circularity in Colorado and the surrounding region. The webinar recording is available online on the C3 YouTube channel. In addition, the End Market Opportunity Assessment is part of the deep drive into the industry. The slide presentation is available as a downloaded file, but may not be accessible since it was not created by C3.
